The design process has several stages. Here you will find an outline of what you would typically expect from start to finish.
Please keep in mind, this is just a guide and the stages listed here are not set in stone. Every client will have specific needs that will be addressed accordingly.
An initial meeting will take place by phone or in person to discuss your event date and all of the details that are important to you. We will explore your ideas, colors, themes, paper preferences, and budget to arrive at an initial concept for your design.
After the initial consultation I will get back to you usually within 1-2 days with a price quote. At this time a 50% deposit is required to begin the design stage.
Within 3-5 days you will receive several initial design concepts in Adobe PDF format, as agreed and discussed in the initial consultation.
You next provide feedback on the design concepts and will then receive a fully developed design of your complete package.
Once feedback has been received you will be given your second proof of the design. A third round of revisions is complimentary.
A finished printed version of your stationery is sent to you by mail for your final approval. Any revisions to the design after the final proof approval will be charged extra and may delay your delivery date.
After final proof approval the printing and handcrafting of your invitation package will begin. From this point it will take between 3-6 weeks for completion.
Final payment will be due when the stationary package is complete. Once payment in full is received the completed stationery package will be shipped.
